📰 AI NEWS RECAP

ChatGPT Gets A New Body

You've heard of Boston Dynamics robots.

You've probably even heard of Tesla's Optimus robot.

If you haven't heard of Figure AI...

Well, you won't forget after today.

OpenAI has partnered with Figure AI to introduce...

𝗙𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝟬𝟭

A robot that can have full conversations with people

So, what can it do?

☑️ Can see, hear, and speak

☑️ Can perform physical tasks

☑️ Powered by neural networks

Figure AI recently raised $675 million in funding.

Reaching a $2.6 BILLION valuation.

Investors included OpenAI, Jeff Bezos, and NVIDIA.

The Figure 01 robot in this video was created BEFORE that investment.

Imagine what they'll come up with next.

My Take:

Robots will be a part of our future.

Not only will they replace many factory and warehouse jobs.

But some day we’ll see them in our homes.

I personally would not want a humanoid robot in my home.

I’ve seen too many sci-fi movies to know how that ends.

So, what do you think?

Are talking robots cool or just downright creepy?

Would you want one at work or in your home?
