MSFT & OpenAI’s $100 BILLION Plan
Many are saying that compute is the new currency.
Why?
Because the more the compute,
The more we can get AI models to do.
That’s why Microsoft and OpenAI are teaming up for yet ANOTHER huge investment.
Introducing project “Stargate”.
A $100 BILLION…
(That’s billion with “B”)
Investment to create an AI-centric data center.
The goal?
To create the infrastructure needed to take AI to the next level.
Set to open in 2028.
Stargate will be based in the US.
It is estimated to be 100x more costly than today’s data centers.
And will be powered by chips from NVIDIA, AMD, and Microsoft.
Why is Stargate important?
With compute power as the new benchmark for technological advancement,
Stargate is poised to shatter existing barriers.
By exponentially increasing the computational capabilities available to AI systems,
Stargate will enable AI models to learn, reason, and innovate at scales we've only begun to explore.
Possible helping us solve global challenges such as climate, disease, and poverty.
It's about making AI not just faster or more efficient,
But fundamentally more capable and transformative.
My Take
AI is already growing exponentially.
Stargate is a necessary step to advance AI even further.
It very well might help us create artificial super intelligence.
Although exciting and innovative,
It raises more questions than answers.
How will Stargate operate sustainably given the vast amount of resources required to operate today’s data centers?
What plans do we have in place for potential global unemployment that could arise if AI really does replace jobs?
How do we keep the power of AI out of the hands of the few companies and governments that are responsible for creating it?
What do you think are the answers?
Maybe we should ask ChatGPT…

AI Agents are all the rage.
Don’t know what they are?
That’s why you’re here.
AI agents are essentially software entities programmed to perform tasks autonomously on behalf of users or other programs.
Imagine them as virtual helpers, capable of making decisions, learning from interactions, and executing actions without needing direct human oversight for every step.
These agents can range from simple, rule-based bots that perform specific tasks, to complex, learning-based systems that adapt and improve over time.
